About to RPMI 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Urban and Rural Planning and Management Innovation will be grandly held in Guiyang City, which is a grand gathering of elites in the global urban and rural planning field. The theme of this conference is "Innovation Leading, Smart Planning", aiming to explore new concepts, technologies, and methods of urban and rural planning, and promote the integrated development and management innovation of urban and rural areas. Guiyang, this vibrant city, with its unique natural scenery, rich cultural heritage, and thriving development trend, provides an ideal venue for conferences. During the conference, attendees will engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as urban-rural integration development, smart city construction, ecological environment protection, and cultural heritage preservation, sharing successful cases and exchanging advanced experiences. In addition, the conference will also organize on-site inspections to allow participants to personally experience Guiyang's innovative practices in urban and rural planning and management. Through this grand event, we look forward to providing a platform for experts, scholars, policy makers, and practitioners in the global urban and rural planning field to exchange ideas and seek common development, and jointly promote the progress of urban and rural planning and management.

All full paper submissions to the RPMI 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of RPMI 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to rpmi@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
